Thesis: Image of medical staff in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic on electronic newspapers, including 3 chapters:

- Chapter 2: The reality of the image of medical staff in the prevention and control of COVID-19 on electronic newspapers

The thesis clarifies some theories on communicating the image of medical staff in the prevention and control of COVID-19 on electronic newspapers; the role of medical staff in the prevention and control of COVID-19 and the viewpoints and orientations of the Party and State in communicating on this issue. The author surveyed 3 electronic newspapers Health & Life; VietnamPlus - Vietnam News Agency; VnExpress in communicating and communicating the image of medical staff in the prevention and control of COVID-19. Thereby, the author evaluates the successes, limitations in content and form of impact on the public, raises issues that need to be resolved. Proposes recommendations and solutions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of building communication messages about the image of medical staff on electronic newspapers in the coming time; proactively, transparently, orienting information and propaganda, forming positive public opinion, creating consensus in society to participate in the prevention and control of COVID-19.
11. Practical application:
From the research, information and communication of images of medical staff in the prevention and control of COVID-19 on electronic newspapers, the thesis is a reference document connecting leaders of functional agencies, competent authorities, professional agencies, and press agencies to propose policies, guidelines, and synchronous solutions in the work of communicating images of medical staff on electronic newspapers to be more attractive, attracting a large number of public attention. All levels, sectors, and local authorities need to continue to pay attention to the health sector and people's health care, including policies, incentives, and investment in human resources to build and develop the health sector in the coming time. At the same time, the topic is also a document that contributes to improving the quality of information and communication, disseminating knowledge, thereby raising awareness and changing people's behavior in disease prevention and control in general and COVID-19 prevention and control in particular.

Through this survey, the author evaluates the successes and limitations in terms of content and form and the impact on the public. Furthermore, the author raised crucial issues to be resolved. The thesis provides recommendations and solutions to enhance the effectiveness of constructing communication messages depicting healthcare professionals on online news platforms in the coming time. These recommendations emphasize proactive and transparent dissemination of information and the cultivation of constructive public opinion to foster social consensus and active engagement in COVID-19 prevention and control.
