10. Summary of the results of the thesis: The thesis studies the trend of genre crossover in Vietnamese stories on cyberspace. The thesis has provided an overview and an objective view of the type of online literature as well as the crossover trends of stories on cyberspace. From the practical and theoretical basis of the birth and development of online literature, the thesis delves into the study of the crossover and blurring between story genres in online literature. The thesis exploits the crossover of genres in the aspects of the crossover between poetry and stories in online literature. This crossover reflects not only the characteristics of the art and content of online literature but also reflects the characteristics of the creative force on the internet, which are mostly female authors. In this part, the thesis focuses on the lyricism and poetic quality in stories of online literature. In addition, the thesis also studies the blurring and fusion of genres in stories on cyberspace. The thesis exploits the aspects between short stories and novels; stories and memoirs; and the tendency to compress and simplify the story text.
