At the beginning of the Conference, the representative of the Administration - General Department presented a summary report outlining some results of implementation in June in the areas of party work, organization, and mass organizations; training, quality assurance, inspection, and legal affairs; scientific research, cooperation and development; administration, facilities, and finance. The report emphasized: in June, the review of the planning of management staff of units was completed, the appointment plan of leaders of units was approved; the Youth Union Congress and the Association of Former Teachers of the school were successfully organized; the summary report for the 2021-2022 school year and the new school year plan were completed; one-stop software was deployed to support students, Mendeley software was deployed to support lecturers and staff in scientific research; the enrollment work of the Specialized High School was completed, and the second round of university and graduate admission communication for 2022 was announced; Continue to sign cooperation documents with educational institutions and universities at home and abroad; begin implementing activities to upgrade and renovate facilities.

Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong shared: In June, the School's Self-Assessment Report was completed and passed very strict rounds of testing and evaluation, which is a recognition of the results and achievements our school has achieved in the past time. With 8 accredited majors, an enrollment plan will be developed according to technical economic standards: building appropriate tuition fees for each group of majors and implementing enrollment in the 2022-2023 school year. In July, focus on communicating for the second round of graduate enrollment, implementing online teaching on LMS software; strengthening student care and support through specific activities: restarting the CASA Advisory Group, supporting the completion of graduation records, career orientation counseling, employment, etc.

Regarding scientific research, Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Thanh Truong emphasized that the key task in July is to successfully organize the conference and proceed with editing and publishing the proceedings of the international conference for staff and graduate students in the school. To promote scientific research activities, the school will establish strong research groups at the school level, adjust some points in student scientific research work to develop in the direction of the movement but also focus on investing in high-level development. At the same time, staff and lecturers of faculties and departments need to be more proactive in registering for scientific tasks at all levels.

Vice Principal Lai Quoc Khanh added: in July and the following months, the repair of facilities will be stepped up, inevitably affecting the daily activities of staff, lecturers and students. Therefore, we request that units support and create conditions for the repair to take place on schedule and ensure safety.

Based on the opinions and discussions of the units, Principal Hoang Anh Tuan concluded on the key activities in July: requesting units to summarize the school year, organize a conference of workers in a practical and open spirit, discuss the remaining points, focus on building the plan for the 2022-2023 school year; assign the Youth Union, Student Association, and the Student Affairs and Training Department to strengthen student care and support activities in a professional, modern direction, in line with the trend, restart the CASA Advisory Group, organize student dialogues to clearly understand the aspirations of students, and provide timely support. Regarding training: continue to complete guiding documents on innovation in enrollment at all levels and systems, especially the enrollment project for 8 majors with tuition fees according to technical and economic norms. Regarding administrative work and facilities: assign the HC-TH department as the focal point, the units coordinate closely so that the renovation and repair of the school's facilities can be carried out smoothly, quickly and effectively; ensure IT infrastructure to maintain online teaching. It is necessary to study plans to increase self-study space, rest between classes and space for students to organize cultural, sports and artistic activities outside of class hours.
