2.1. General objectives

The Han Nom master training program aims to train Han Nom masters who can perform the tasks of Han Nom work, contributing to the construction of an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity, ensuring cultural continuity between tradition and modernity.

2.2. Specific objectives

The Han Nom master's training program equips learners with basic, systematic, extensive, and advanced knowledge of Han Nom texts as well as culture and theory to be able to perform tasks such as: collecting and interpreting Han Nom texts, exploiting the precious cultural and national cultural values ​​preserved and reflected in the Han Nom heritage.

3. Admission information

3.1.Entrance exam subjects:

• Foreign Language: 1 of 5 languages: English, Russian, French, German, Chinese.

3.2. Admission objects:

+ People with clear personal history, not currently being prosecuted for criminal liability;

+ Be healthy enough to study;

+ People with a university degree in the right and appropriate major for Han Nom, no work experience required;

+ People with a regular university degree in a major similar to Han Nom must take additional courses to have a level equivalent to a university degree in Han Nom;
