- The thesis systematically analyzes the “Belt and Road” after 10 years of implementation: content, objectives, nature, and implementation plan. In addition, the thesis clarifies the implementation process of the “Belt and Road” Initiative from 2013 to 2023 in a comprehensive and comprehensive manner on 5 main aspects of policy connection, infrastructure connection, currency connection, trade connection, and people connection.
- The thesis comprehensively, deeply and systematically identifies the process of China implementing the "Belt and Road" in Southeast Asia from 2013 to 2023; clearly stating the positive and negative impacts on the Southeast Asian region after 10 years of implementation in the region in all fields from security, politics, culture - society and on ASEAN cooperation.
