10. Summary of project results:
The project implemented psychological intervention for a case of young people with symptoms of depression using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) combined with relaxation techniques and emotional management. The results showed that after the intervention, the client significantly reduced depressive symptoms, improved emotional management ability and enhanced coping skills with stressors in daily life. The project also contributed to clinical practice by providing a systematic intervention process that can be applied to similar cases.
11. Practical application:
The results of the project can be applied in psychological intervention for adolescents with symptoms of depression at counseling facilities, psychological support centers and psychiatric hospitals. The intervention process developed can become a useful reference for psychological practitioners in designing and implementing treatment programs.
