Chapter 1: Theoretical basis of corporate culture and the responsibility of the Office in organizing, implementing, maintaining and developing corporate culture
In Chapter 1, the author has generalized some theoretical issues on corporate culture such as: Concept of culture, concept of enterprise, concept of corporate culture and concept of office, some prominent models of corporate culture, characteristics, roles and symbols of corporate culture. The author also presented the responsibility of the office in organizing, implementing, maintaining and developing corporate culture. These are important contents, serving as the theoretical basis for the thesis and the premise for the author to study the current status of corporate culture at EY Hanoi Branch.
Chapter 2. Current status of corporate culture at EY Hanoi Branch
In Chapter 2, the author presented and clarified the objectives, subjects, contents and methods of the survey, and at the same time generalized the history of formation and development, scale and organizational structure of EY Hanoi Branch. Next, the author deeply researched and learned about the current state of corporate culture here based on Edgar Schein's theory of corporate culture, in which corporate culture is divided into three levels: Tangible cultural values; Accepted and shared values; and Fundamental cultural values of the enterprise. The author also relied on the theory of office management to raise the responsibility of the CBS (Office) block in organizing, implementing and developing corporate culture at EY Hanoi Branch. These are important contents, serving as the practical basis of the thesis and the basis for the author to make comments and propose some measures in Chapter 3.
Chapter 3. Some solutions to continue to improve the organization and implementation of corporate culture of EY Hanoi Branch
In Chapter 3, through the survey method, interviewing employees at EY Hanoi Branch, the thesis comments on the current state of corporate culture here and comments on the responsibility of the CBS block in organizing and implementing corporate culture. Next, the author proposed a number of solutions to further improve the implementation of corporate culture at EY Hanoi Branch as well as the responsibility of the CBS block in organizing and implementing corporate culture.
11. Practical application
The research results of the thesis are the initial contribution and basis for EY Hanoi Branch to study and apply in order to continue to improve the organization and implementation of corporate culture as well as further enhance the responsibility of the CBS block in this important work.

Chapter 1. Literature review of corporate culture and responsibilities of the Office in organizing and implementing corporate culture
In Chapter 1, the author has reviewed several concepts including: culture, enterprise, corporate culture and Office. The author then explores further and generalizes some prominent concepts of corporate culture, characteristics, roles and symbols of corporate culture. On the basis of the theory of Office Administration, the author has also presented the responsibilities of this department in organizing, implementing, maintaining and developing corporate culture. These are important contents, which serve as the theoretical basis for the thesis and a premise for the author to study the current situation of corporate culture at EY Hanoi Branch as well as research on the responsibilities of the Office in organizing and implementing corporate culture here.
Chapter 2. Current corporate culture situation at EY Hanoi Branch
In Chapter 2, the author has presented and clarified the objectives, objects, contents and methods of survey and interview, and generalized the history of formation and development, scale and organizational structure of EY Hanoi Branch. Then, the author has researched and studied the current situation of corporate culture here based on Edgar Schein model of organizational culture theory in which corporate culture is divided into 3 levels: Artifacts and Creations; Espoused values; and Assumptions and beliefs. Next, the author has proposed some solutions to further improve the implementation of corporate culture of EY Hanoi Branch as well as further enhance the responsibility of the CBS department in organizing and implementing corporate culture.
