Functions and tasks
The Department of Personnel Organization is a unit with the function of advising and assisting the Principal in managing and operating activities related to the organization and personnel work of the School. Specific tasks:
- Research and develop plans for organizational structure and human resources development in accordance with the School's development strategy and plan.
- Advise on the development and issuance of management documents related to the organization and personnel work of the School.
- Manage the establishment of new units, adjustments, and organizational reorganization (split/merge/dissolution), rename the unit.
- Determine human resources, determine job positions and develop human resource plans for units in the School.
- Manage recruitment and use of staff under work contracts and labor contracts.
- Evaluate the performance of staff.
- Focal point for implementing emulation, reward and discipline work.
- Focal point for implementing the process of appointing, reappointing, and dismissing leaders and managers of the School.
- Mobilization, rotation, transfer of staff.
- Training and improving the qualifications of staff to meet the development needs of the School.
- Manage salary increases, seniority allowances, rank transfers, and rank appointments.
- Focal point for implementing the work of examining the titles of professor and associate professor.
- Implement policies related to social insurance, welfare, and human resource development policies according to regulations of superior agencies and the School.
- Manage staff on business trips, attending conferences, seminars, training, and surveys to serve domestic and foreign topics.
- Manage and update staff records.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Principal in accordance with the functions and tasks of the Department.
