1.Articles published in the Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities are articles that have not been published in other books, newspapers, or magazines. Articles submitted for publication must be typed on A4 paper, Unicode font (Times New Roman), font size 13, line spacing 1.2cm. Each article submitted to the Editorial Board includes 1 electronic copy, minimum 6,000 words and maximum 15,000 words for research articles or no more than 1,500 words for book reviews/scientific information, 1 summary of the content (in Vietnamese and English) no more than 250 words with keywords (maximum 5 keywords) placed right after the title of the article. In the article, proper names of people, localities, and foreign language terms are left in their original form, except for names that have been Vietnamized (such as China, Thailand, ...). Article notes are placed at the bottom of the page, and are numbered in ascending order, starting from number 1.
2.When citing ideas, data, or authors in an article, the source must be clearly stated. For verbatim quotations, the quotation should be enclosed in quotation marks and followed by parentheses indicating the source. Citing the source is done as follows:
- If the author has a Vietnamese name or has been transcribed into Vietnamese: (Author's full name, year of publication: page number); for example: (Nguyen Van Chinh 2001: 68).
- If the author has a foreign name (not Latin, then transcribe it into English): (Author's last name, year of publication: page number); for example: (Durkheim 2000: 23).
- Citing sources from works by two or more authors: If the first author has a Vietnamese name: (First author's full name and collaborators, year of publication: page number); for example: (Ly Lan et al. 1999: 5). If the first author has a foreign name (not Latin, then transcribe into English): (First author's full name and collaborators, year of publication: page number); for example: (Dobbin et al. 2009: 30).
- If you quote the same idea from several different works, list each work in parentheses, separated by a ";"; for example: (Dobbin et al. 2006: 10; Ly Lan 1999: 12).
- If the author's name is stated in the main part of the sentence, just open parentheses and write the year and page number of the quoted idea; for example: This result is consistent with the research results of Ly Lan (2004: 11).
- If an author has many publications published in the same year, the citation should add the letters a, b, c,.., right after the year of publication to make it easier to distinguish. For example: (Ly Lan 2010a: 7, 2010b: 15). Documents listed in the Cited Documents section at the end of the article must also add the corresponding letter.
- In the above examples, if the main idea of the whole work is quoted, there is no need to state the page number, for example: (Ly Lan 1999).
3.If there are citations in the article, there must be a References section at the end of the article. No other references other than those cited in the article should be included in the References section. References are presented as follows:
- If it is a book, for example:

4.The order of documents in the Cited Documents section at the end of the article is specified as follows: Cited documents are not numbered, the first line is written at the beginning of the line, if more than 1 line is needed, then the second line is indented as in the examples above. Cited documents are arranged in alphabetical order by author's last name or organization name as in the examples above. If an author has many works cited at different times, then in the Cited Documents list, they should be arranged in chronological order: the earliest publication is listed first.
5.At the end of the article, the author's full name, scientific title, academic degree, organization name, address, phone number, and email address must be clearly stated for the editorial office to contact. For articles that are not used, the editorial office will not return the manuscript.
