Chungwoon University and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities have had a long-standing cooperative relationship. According to the 3+1 training cooperation agreement signed in 2002, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities receives about 10 Korean students to study at the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language every year.
At the meeting, Prof. Kim Jong Uk highly appreciated the cooperation of the University and proposed to expand the cooperation areas to research, organize seminars, exchange and cultural exchanges between students of the two schools, etc. Regarding training, he proposed to implement more joint training programs at the postgraduate level, especially in highly applicable fields such as Hospitality Tourism, Social Welfare, and Communications. In addition, Chungwoon University wishes to cooperate with our side to establish a Vietnam research center at the Incheon campus.

In response, Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan shared the cooperation proposals of Professor Kim Jong Uk and commented that, thanks to the similarities in training programs, the two schools have many opportunities to implement cooperation at the postgraduate level. The Vice President will widely inform the units in the school about the cooperation possibilities and propose that in the coming time, the two schools regularly maintain contact and discuss specific cooperation plans.
Chungwoon University was founded in 1995 and is located in Hongseong City, Chungnam Province, South Korea. The school has over 6,000 students. The university's member units are the College of Science and Technology, the College of Television Arts, the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, the College of Tourism and Hospitality, the Graduate School, and the School of Education. The Graduate School was established in 1990 and consists of 30 departments with many fields of expertise such as architecture, tourism, commerce, advertising, music, and media.
