Professor Hoang Anh Tuan:Artificial intelligence brings many benefits to teaching, learning and scientific research, for example: Speeding up information search. Artificial intelligence can help teachers and students easily search and access learning resources quickly and effectively.
Artificial intelligence can help teachers and students automate boring tasks and focus on learning more important content.
Artificial intelligence can help learners solve problems they encounter during their learning process; provide suggestions and solutions to problems they are trying to solve;
Artificial intelligence can provide accurate and up-to-date answers to students' or teachers' questions during the learning or teaching process, of course, provided that the input data for AI is up-to-date and well-filtered.
However, it is also important to note that artificial intelligence and similar tools cannot completely replace natural human thinking.
Overuse of artificial intelligence and similar tools can reduce students' ability to think for themselves and learn for themselves. Therefore, learners need to use artificial intelligence and similar tools in a balanced and careful manner.

Another major challenge of using AI in education is ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the information provided. If the input information is deliberately falsified, AI can provide inaccurate answers.
When using artificial intelligence in education, it is important to ensure that learners' personal information is kept confidential and secure. Personal information can easily be exploited for malicious purposes.
Students' and pupils' dependence on technology can reduce their ability to learn and teach naturally and reduce their motivation for learning.
Technology can create competition between technology and the teacher; learners may choose to use technology instead of learning with a teacher. Teachers must change their role to be a guide, a creative motivator instead of a mere information provider.
I think, AI and ChatGPT can make teaching and learning easier, but can also create limitations in education if we are not careful and attentive to the interaction between humans and technology.

Teachers and education administrators need to learn how to use new technologies, including artificial intelligence and ChatGPT, to take advantage of their benefits in teaching and learning.
Teachers need to improve their teaching skills to be able to effectively utilize the assistance tools of artificial intelligence and ChatGPT.
Students need to improve their critical thinking skills to be able to analyze and identify accurate and useful information sources from artificial intelligence and ChatGPT.
Education administrators need to build a blended learning model. In addition, it is also important to prepare policies and regulations for the use of artificial intelligence and similar tools. This will help limit information security risks and address issues related to privacy and personal information protection.
Support and investment from regulators and relevant organizations is needed to help the education sector take advantage of the benefits of artificial intelligence and similar tools.
Cannot replace the role of teachers

In fact, innovation in teaching, especially innovation in the direction of increasing the technology of teaching activities, is a very natural attribute of modern educational activities. In the context of the current stormy development of educational technology, the pressure for innovation on teachers is even stronger.
For many years now, teachers have had to change their role from knowledge transmitter (teacher, lecturer) to learning guide (instructor, facilitator). Facing the era of big resources - open data and smart support tools such as artificial intelligence, I think teachers must be more proactive and decisive in changing themselves from "teaching" to "leading". Without change, teachers will be eliminated.
