The content shared by speaker Huong Bui revealed a lot of interesting information about the art of transforming CVs to become professional, beautiful, impressive and attractive to employers, giving students valuable secrets such as:
- Present specific, quantified information so that recruiters can easily evaluate your abilities and potential.
- The logic of the CV writer will always be different from the logic of the CV reader: Find out what the employer wants and needs in the job position you are applying for.
- Carefulness and neatness are never enough: Even a very small spelling mistake or an impolite photo can make a student's CV lose a lot of points in the eyes of the employer.
- Fit is king: Organize and present information that demonstrates how you fit the job and the company culture, rather than talking too much about who you are and what you have to offer. Focus on quality and fit over quantity.
The speaker's sharing attracted USSH students with many questions and lively discussions. With openness and a spirit of inquiry, USSH students did not hesitate to ask questions that delved into very specific issues:
- For new graduates with no experience, how should information be processed and presented in the work experience section?
- What information will employers evaluate and focus on in a CV?
- How to gain experience through part-time jobs while studying?
- In the current era of 4.0 technology, besides knowledge, what else do students in particular and young workers in general need to prepare to adapt and keep up with the changing trends of the labor market?
Recruitment and human resource management experts participating in the talk show highly appreciated the confidence and enthusiastic participation of USSH students by asking very straightforward questions, clearly stating the difficulties they are facing in the process of finding suitable jobs. And with their experiences, the experts shared specific, open and close information.
At the same time, to partly answer the concerns of students, and at the same time provide maximum support for candidates to create the most professional and creative CVs, JobOKO Company has introduced a direct CV creation tool. With new special features developed based on the actual needs of hundreds of students, it is hoped that it can provide more support for students about to graduate, or students without work experience to be able to contact and have the opportunity to join the competitive labor market.
