On March 15, 2024, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Party Secretary, Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, had a working session with Mr. Ruici Tio - Manager of the Asia Pacific Safety and Integrity Policy Program of Meta Group (Facebook).

The workshop aims to outline the ideas, goals and methods of contribution and support of the journalism and communication training system to management agencies and the national press system in the economic field in particular as well as in long-term sustainable development.

Recently, Vietnam National University, Hanoi issued Decision No. 585/QD-VNU dated March 1, 2024 and Decision No. 765/QD-VNU dated March 11, 2024 on assigning enrollment targets for full-time undergraduate, full-time master's, doctoral and other training systems.

On February 5, 2024, the Cybermetrics Labs (under the Spanish National Research Council) announced the results of the first Webometrics ranking of 2024. In this ranking, VNU increased its position in the world's top 700 and for the first time, the Impact criterion entered the world's top 500 (position 495).

In 2024, higher education will undergo many dramatic changes, requiring universities to renew their perspectives on interdisciplinary/transdisciplinary development and Innovation - Creativity as well as vocational education for learners.

The seminar discussed solutions and strategies for positioning Vietnamese business brands in global media.
