The launching ceremony was held by the City Party Committee and People's Committee of Cam Pha City on April 22, 2025 in Cam Pha City (Quang Ninh), on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 25, 1975 - April 30, 2025); 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Mining Region (April 25, 1955 - April 24, 2025).

On September 9, 2024, Mr. Sandeep Arya - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Vietnam - received and discussed work with Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan, Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH).

This was emphasized by Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Party Secretary, Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU at the 2023 Party Work Conference held at the end of December 2023.

According to him, in the field of Social Sciences and Humanities, after debates, scientists have become highly aware of the issue of academic integrity.

This is the comment of Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) at the Scientific Conference with the theme "Quang Ninh identifies and promotes cultural and human values, creating resources for rapid and sustainable development" held on September 26, 2023 in Yen Tu, Quang Ninh.

Through the production of paper from sugarcane leaves, a group of students from the Faculty of International Studies, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, hopes to create valuable agricultural products, increase income for sugarcane farmers and build a circular economic model in agriculture. This project won the highest award in the Mekong River competition with 20 teams from 6 countries participating.

That was the affirmation of Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU at the meeting of the Subcommittee "Research at Vietnamese Universities and the Potential Cooperation with Partners in Germany" within the framework of the program "German Vietnamese Science Day" held in Da Nang City on the afternoon of April 26, 2023.
