Culture shows the height and depth of development level, culture is both the driving force and the development goal of each community, of the whole country. In the National Cultural Conference (1946), President Ho Chi Minh affirmed the particularly important role of culture: "Culture lights the way for the nation to go".

Not starting from a “traditional” school to pass the university entrance exam, Bui Ha Anh - a former student of a continuing education school, has quietly written an inspiring story of breakthrough. Not letting circumstances determine the limit, the young girl studied all night, overcame skeptical looks to reach the dream of "University of Social Sciences and Humanities", became valedictorian, and received a prestigious scholarship.
