Within the framework of the Vietnam - Ireland Bilateral Education Cooperation Project (VIBE) funded by the Embassy of Ireland, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) has coordinated with the Innovation Academy, University of Dublin, Ireland to successfully organize Phase 1 of the VIBE Project "Improving the capacity of lecturers and managers of Vietnam National University, Hanoi according to the approach of innovative and entrepreneurial thinking (effective thinking) to promote and enhance skills in the 21st century and nurture the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation in students".
