Personal income tax settlement 2013

To ensure the collection, payment and settlement of Personal Income Tax 2013, the payment of debts of each unit and individual is accurate and on time, the School requests that Heads of units notify, urge and remind their unit's staff to perform the following tasks.

  1. Check the details of the personal deduction information declared and sign the information on the 2013 family deduction data table (sent directly to the unit). If there is any information that needs to be corrected, please note it directly on that table.
  2. Officers who only have taxable income at the School must sign the authorization form for 2013 personal income tax settlement (sent directly to the unit). Individuals who have income from 2 or more places must self-declare and settle 2013 personal income tax with the Tax authority.
  3. Units must collect information on family deductions and authorization for 2013 personal income tax settlement and send it to the Planning and Finance Department before January 15, 2014. After the above deadline, if there are any changes, the staff will be responsible to the Tax authority.
  4. Pay on time for advances.
  5. Check the details of the personal debt information that has been advanced and paid (see the detailed debt tracking book from 01/01/2012-20/12/2013 sent to the unit). If there is any information that needs to be adjusted, the individual should work directly with the Planning - Finance department. For overdue debts, payment is required before 20/01/2014.
  6. Overdue advances are reported monthly to the Organization and Personnel Department for emulation review in accordance with the School's regulations.
