Training on staff information registration

In order to guide staff to register information to enter into the database of VNU, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities organized a training conference on using the staff information registration portal on December 10, 2010.To update personal information on staff, you can directly access the address www.dangky.vnu.edu. Staff data is related to the right to use online services and all online applications on the electronic information portal, including public administrative services such as registering topics, doing procedures to go abroad, emulation, rewards, salary increases, etc. and staff data is also used for the management of the Party organization and other mass organizations. In addition, staff data will be used in personnel management activities at the units. If the information is not fully registered, the staff will not be able to perform online transactions. Before December 20, staff must complete the online information registration. Staff profiles will be stored in the integrated database of VNU, serving the management and statistics work at VNU. The staff profile includes the following information: CV, information on Party, Youth Union, Trade Union and Military activities, family relationships, labor contracts, work history, training history, IT - foreign language - political level, academic titles - degrees, rewards, discipline, emulation titles, teacher titles, salary history, scientific reports at conferences, scientific articles published in magazines, scientific topics participated in, information on membership of scientific and technological organizations, publishing activities.
