1. Selection objects
- 3rd and 4th year students
- In the 2022-2023 school year, academic results must be excellent or higher and the results must be
training to achieve good or better
- Students who have never received or are not in the consideration period for non-budget scholarships for the 2023-2024 school year.
2. Value of each scholarship: 340 USD/student/school year
3. Scholarship quota: The whole school has 05 scholarships
4. Scholarship application:
- Student information sheet, written in English, with photo attached (Data sheet - according to form);
- Transcript of academic year 2022-2023, in English, certified by the training unit;
- Photocopies of certificates of: Academic achievements, scientific research, Union - Association activities, difficult circumstances, community support activities... (if any);
Students are required to arrange all the above documents in order and put them in a file bag. The outside of the file bag must include all the information (Mitsubishi scholarship application, 2023-2024 school year, Full name, Date of birth, Faculty address, School, Phone number, Email, List of documents). Submitted documents will not be returned.
In addition to the original documents, students submit a pdf file with their application, including scanned copies of documents arranged in the above order, with the file name being the student's full name.
The Board of Directors of the units is requested to inform the students about the scholarship program. Students submit the original application to the School (via the Office of Politics and Student Affairs, Room 101, Building E), and send the PDF file to the Email address:
[email protected]. The deadline for students to submit their application is before October 6, 2023 (Friday).
After the above deadline, if any unit does not have students submitting nomination documents to the Department of Politics and Student Affairs, it will be considered that the unit does not have students participating in this program.
