To successfully organize this important event, we respectfully request that leaders of units disseminate the following contents to new PhDs and Masters in their units:
1. Time and place of organization
- Time: 9:30 a.m., December 21, 2024 (Saturday)
- Location: Hall, 8th floor, Building E.
- Participants: Representatives of Leaders of Departments and Centers; Secretary of the Youth Union; President of the Student Association; Representatives of Leaders of training units, Postgraduate Training Assistants and new PhDs and Masters.
2. The school requires new PhDs and Masters to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
- At exactly 9:00 a.m., the new PhDs and Masters will be present at the 8th floor Hall of Building E to receive their ceremonial gowns and perform the tasks as instructed by the Organizing Committee.
- After the Doctoral and Master's Degree Award Ceremony at the 8th floor Hall of Building E:
+ New PhDs bring their Citizen Identification Cards to the Training Department (Room 207, Building E) to sign for their diplomas and diploma supplements.
+ New Masters bring their Citizen Identification Card to the Training Department (Room 701, Building E) to sign for their diplomas and diploma supplements.
For the Doctoral and Master's Degree Award Ceremony to be successful, we respectfully request the leaders
Units notify new PhDs and Masters to follow the plan.
