A. ENROLLMENT PLAN: (*) Candidates applying for a master's degree through the selection method who meet the requirements for profile evaluation will be notified of the interview schedule according to the following plan:
+ Phase 1: before 5:00 p.m. on May 18, 2025.
+ Phase 2: before 5:00 p.m. on October 19, 2025

D. REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:
1. Online registration for candidates applying for master's and doctoral exams:
Registration time:
Phase 1: from March 15 to April 29, 2025
Phase 2: from June 16 to September 30, 2025

2.1 Register online within the time specified at the admission portal above.
2.2 Submit application according to the prescribed contents:
Master's application documents: according to the requirements in Point 2, Section IV, Part B of the Admission Notice.
Doctoral application documents: According to the requirements in Point 2, Section III, Part C of the Admission Notice.
In addition to their own application documents, PhD candidates should download the research proposal form and the scientist's recommendation letter below:

Note:
- For master's application: candidates must submit 01 set of documents.
- For doctoral application: candidates must submit a total of 06 sets of documents (including 01 original set and 05 photocopies of the original).
- Candidates who do not register online or register online without submitting the required application will not be eligible to apply.
- The candidate's application must match the information declared on the admission portal. The school's Graduate Admissions Council will consider canceling the candidate's admission results if the application information is inconsistent with the application and does not meet the exam standards.
2.3 Application form:
- Send documents by post (based on postmark confirmation):

- Submit directly to the Training Department (admissions department):
+ Phase 1: from April 21 to April 29, 2025 (no collection on Sundays)
+ Phase 2: from September 21 to September 30, 2025 (no collection on Sundays)
Requirements when submitting application:
- Candidates prepare their own documents according to the requirements in the Admission Notice.
- Application documents must be put in a document bag (paper bag), clearly stating the information on the outside: Candidate's full name, Exam registration code (issued after successful online registration), Postgraduate application documents for the first/second round of 2025. E. ADMISSION FEE
1. Registration and application fee (non-refundable when withdrawing application)
- Master's degree application: 300,000 VND/candidate
- PhD candidate:
+ Bachelor's degree: 500,000 VND/candidate
+ Master's degree: 260,000 VND/candidate
