Organizing the Graduation Ceremony and awarding bachelor's degrees for the 2019 - 2020 academic year

Implementing the school year plan, the School will organize the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony for the 2019 - 2020 school year for all graduating students (SVTN) of the first and second batches of 2020. To successfully organize this important event, leaders of units are requested to notify SVTN of their units of the following contents:

1. Time and place of organization

-Time: 7:00 a.m. July 31, 2020 (Friday)

-Location: Hall 8th floor Building E

-Participants:Representatives of the Department Leaders; Center for Vocational Training; Secretary of the Youth Union; President of the Student Association; Representatives of the Training Unit Leaders and SVTN (Guests and delegates arrive at 8:30 am).

3.The school requires students to attend the Graduation Ceremony:

- Wear formal attire, be on time and seriously follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.

- After the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony at the 8th Floor Hall, Building E:

+ Graduates come to the Training Department (Room 604 Building E) to receive their graduation transcripts.

+ Excellent and Good graduates come to receive Certificates of Merit at the Political Affairs and Student Affairs Department (Room 102, Building E).

For the success of the Graduation Ceremony and Bachelor's Degree Awarding, leaders of units are requested to urge their students to seriously implement the plan.
