On the morning of April 9, 2011, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held the 2011 Internship Conference. The conference aimed to answer the question: How should the method of organizing internships and practical training change to be suitable when moving to credit training? At the conference, representatives of the faculties reviewed the implementation of practical internships that have been deployed according to the characteristics of their majors. On that basis, the conference discussed and identified difficulties that need to be overcome and directions that need to be adjusted in order for the internship subject to bring the highest training efficiency to students. Common difficulties often encountered in organizing internships and in practice in faculties are: funding for students and lecturers guiding internships is still limited, students' expertise when applied to each internship environment is sometimes not suitable, students are still weak in communication and situation handling skills, difficulties encountered when working with student internship facilities, and the problem of allocating and arranging internship time... Some solutions have been mentioned such as: Turning practical internships into regular work for students, determining reasonable internship locations, each faculty needs to have its own implementation plan for the whole year so that both the school and students can proactively implement this work. The individualization plan for internship subjects (a way to organize internships based on the management of the output of the subject and taking the initiative of students and lecturers as the deciding factor) proposed by the Training Department can help overcome some limitations of the centralized internship organization form. However, this form will encounter some difficulties such as: changing the habits of students and lecturers, confusion in describing the output standards, and difficulties in the network of cooperative facilities receiving interns. In order for the implementation of internship subjects to be effective for students, each industry needs to plan and develop a feasible plan according to the characteristics of its industry, and at the same time, departments must coordinate more closely and make timely adjustments.
