Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan gave a congratulatory speech to the new PhDs.
Vice President Hoang Anh Tuan sent greetings and congratulations to 54 new PhDs whose degrees were recognized and awarded. He shared about the special features of this graduation ceremony: The degrees awarded to the students will be certified by both the President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the President of VNU; this is the first time the University has organized a separate PhD graduation ceremony instead of combining it with the Master's graduation ceremony.
Most of the 54 PhD students who received the degrees have been teaching, researching, and managing at units and training institutions nationwide, including the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Receiving the PhD degree will be a stepping stone for the new PhDs to conduct further research in their fields. With many experts in many fields of research and training in Social Sciences and Humanities, the Vice President hopes that the University will continue to become the leading training address for the new PhDs to develop on their upcoming scientific research path.
Biological research from the fields of Political Science, Ho Chi Minh Studies, Dialectical Materialism & Historical Materialism, Scientific Socialism, Southeast Asian Studies, Sinology, Han Nom, Literary Theory, Vietnamese Literature, Foreign Literature, Folklore, World History, History of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Archival Studies, Vietnamese Language, Linguistics, Comparative Linguistics, Anthropology, International Relations, Science and Technology Management, Psychology, Sociology.
Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Thi Thu Hoa read the decision to recognize the degrees and grant degrees to 54 new PhDs.
The Student Affairs Department read the commendation decision No. 3193 QD/XHNV dated August 15, 2019, commending 03 graduate students graduating from the first batch of 2019 for excellently completing their tasks: Nguyen Tuan Anh (majoring in Psychology), Nguyen Tat Lan (majoring in International Relations), Nguyen Nhat Linh (majoring in World History).
PhD student Nguyen Tuan Anh (majoring in Psychology), the youngest PhD student, on behalf of 54 new PhDs, sent his thanks to the leaders and all lecturers and staff of the School.
Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh (Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) on behalf of the University's leaders received flowers of thanks from the new PhDs.
