Ten years looking back on a journey

The Student Volunteer Team of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate its 10th anniversary of establishment and development on the afternoon of May 19, 2010.Ten years of establishment and development, the Student Volunteer Team with high spirit and responsibility has proven to be the most influential youth volunteer team in the Student Union of the University. With the spirit of "Where there is a need, there is youth, where there is difficulty, there is youth", in recent years, the Student Volunteer Team has always enthusiastically taken the lead in all Union and Association activities of the University. Specific activities such as: "Supporting the exam season", "Blood donation festival to save lives of the whole school", "Welcoming new students", "Student singing" ... organized by the Team have achieved many good results, having a profound influence on the student movement of the whole school. One thing that cannot be ignored is that the Student Volunteer Team is always present in the important events of the University. Not only actively and enthusiastically operating in the University, the Student Volunteer Team also participates in many common activities of the Youth Union and Student Union of VNU. This is also the first student team of the University Student Union to have its own uniform with the traditional green shirt of volunteer youth. With the achievements, over the years, the Youth Volunteer Team has been awarded certificates of merit by the School Student Association, VNU Student Association, and Hanoi City Student Association. In particular, in 2009, the Volunteer Student Team and Team Leader Nguyen Quang Trung were honored to receive a certificate of merit from the Executive Committee of the Hanoi City Student Association for their outstanding achievements in the student movement and Union and Association activities in 2009. Also on this occasion, the Team elected a new term Team Leadership Board of 05 comrades led by comrade Nguyen Manh Linh (Class 52 History) as Team Leader.
