Vice Principal Nguyen Van Kim received the Principal of Nghe An Political School

The conference is scheduled to take place on December 15 and 16, 2017 and is jointly organized by Nghe An Provincial Political School and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The conference will be attended by representatives of provincial and municipal leaders, researchers from universities and research associations in Vietnam and Japan, etc. This is an activity in a series of important programs to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the birth of revolutionary scholar Phan Boi Chau.

At the meeting, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Nghe An University of Politics discussed the organization method and selected specific topics to be discussed at the conference. Representatives of the Nghe An delegation also hoped to reach an agreement on the time of organization, papers, guests, venue, accommodation, etc. for the success of the conference. In order to have quality articles, the censorship process will be carried out carefully from the grassroots level. The content of the papers will aim to highlight the thoughts and portray Phan Boi Chau - a patriotic scholar of the nation and his relationship with Japan through his friendship with Dr. Asaba Sakitaro.
