On the morning of October 4, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities organized a scholarship award ceremony from Doosan Vina Company for students majoring in Korean Studies - Faculty of Oriental Studies.

On the morning of October 4, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities organized a scholarship award ceremony from Doosan Vina Company for students majoring in Korean Studies - Faculty of Oriental Studies.Attending the scholarship awarding ceremony were Associate Professor Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu - Vice Principal of the University, Mr. Lee Min Seop - Director of Human Resources of Doosan Vina Company, representatives of the Faculty of Oriental Studies and the Department of Politics and Student Affairs. The total value of the scholarship is 2,500 USD and was awarded to 15 students of courses: K53, K54, K55 majoring in Korean Studies with good academic achievements and students who overcame difficulties to study. Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu - Vice Principal of the University - thanked Doosan Vina Company for awarding scholarships to students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The scholarship is not only valuable in terms of material value but more importantly, it is a source of encouragement for students to study well, the Vice Principal emphasized.

Doosan Vina representative, Mr. Lee Min Seop, hopes that students will strive to study well and contribute to the country's development in the future. Doosan Vina hopes to welcome excellent graduates to work at the company. In order to enhance understanding of Korean culture and language at universities around the world, Doosan Group founded the Yonkang Scholarship Fund in 1978. With the contribution of the Yonkang Fund, Doosan Vina has organized to award this scholarship to students of Vietnamese universities since 2008. This is also the third year that students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities have received scholarships from Doosan Vina.
