"Responsibility" Round

On April 20 and 21, the first Consulting Professional Competition, the second round of presentation competition "Responsibility" took place with the participation of 8 teams: History, Philosophy, Tourism, Social Work, Archival and Office Administration, Literature, Management Science, Sociology.Representatives of the competing teams presented for 5 minutes with the following content: evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of the current training model; analyzing the advantages and difficulties that students encounter during the learning process, the responsibilities of CVHT, of the leaders of the training unit, functional departments and the School, thereby proposing solutions and recommendations. In addition, the competing teams discussed directly with the Board of Judges about the content of the presentation. The questions raised by the Board of Judges focused on the responsibilities and roles of CVHT, the necessary skills of CVHT, the impact of current training programs on the work of CVHT...

Some of the proposals and solutions of the teams were highly appreciated by the Jury, such as: The Faculty of History explained the difficulties of students in the credit-based training process, clarified the responsibilities of academic advisors. The propaganda solution, requiring students to access the website http://ussh.vnu.edu.vn/ and http://dt.ussh.edu.vn/ to search for information, contributed to reducing the workload for the School (especially the Training Department), for the Faculty and CVHT; at the same time, training the awareness, responsibility and autonomy of students. This is a solution that is considered a breakthrough because the students themselves will be the subjects, proactive and creative. The solution to build a mechanism for regular and periodic meetings between the faculty board, training assistants, CVHT, and student representatives of the Faculty of Philosophy is considered highly practical. The Faculty of Management Science has proposed reasonable solutions and proposals suitable for the present such as: organizing training in skills and expertise and regularly providing full official information to CVHT... Summarizing the "Responsibility" round with two parts: writing and presentation, the 4 teams with the highest total scores continued to participate in the "Creativity" round: Philosophy, History, Management Science, Literature.
