The thesis has given a general overview of the propagation activities of Buddhism and the 4.0 industrial revolution and has come to the affirmation: regardless of the period, for religion in general and Buddhism in particular, evangelization and propagation of the Dharma is always a central task with the meaning of propagating the Dharma, benefiting all living beings; the purpose is to bring the truth of Buddhism to everyone, contributing to promoting all good cultural and ethical values of Buddhism into social life, building a peaceful and happy life. The current 4.0 industrial revolution is affecting all areas of social life, religion in general and Buddhism in particular are not outside of that general trend.
On that basis, the thesis analyzed the current status of Vietnamese Buddhism's propagation activities in the context of the impact of the 4.0 revolution to highlight the opportunities and challenges from the 4.0 industrial revolution for Vietnamese Buddhism's propagation activities, the achievements and some limitations in Vietnamese Buddhism's propagation in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution.
From there, the thesis has proposed a number of solutions and recommendations for the propagation of Vietnamese Buddhism in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution.
