Chapter 1. Theoretical basis for standardizing office activities
In Chapter 1, the author has presented an overview of some theoretical issues on standardization in general and standardization of office activities in particular; the necessity, purpose, meaning, principles, responsibilities and contents of standardization of office activities.
Chapter 2. Current status of standardizing activities of the Office of the Department of Home Affairs of Yen Bai province
In Chapter 2, the author has outlined the history of formation and organizational structure of the Department of Home Affairs of Yen Bai province. And based on the theoretical basis of Chapter 1, the author conducted a survey of the current status of building regulations and rules in standardizing the activities of the Office of the Department of Home Affairs. Thereby, pointing out the advantages and limitations, and analyzing the causes of those limitations and shortcomings. These are important contents, playing the role of the practical basis of the thesis and the basis for the author to propose a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of standardizing office activities in Chapter 3.
