Through the results of theoretical research and practical surveys at the Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality, the project has proposed solutions such as: improving the effectiveness of organizational management; supplementing quality human resources; strengthening and diversifying financial resources; investing in modern equipment for laboratories; promoting the application of information technology.
These are solutions that are suitable to the practice and resources of the unit, thereby helping the Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality to sustainably maintain the quality management system according to National Standard TCVN ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
In addition, the application of the proposed solutions in the topic can help the Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality make good use of the unit's resources to maintain the quality management system, improve the quality and efficiency of the laboratories, thereby helping to strengthen the position of the leading unit in testing, calibration and inspection in the entire army and in the entire TC-TDL-CL industry.
12. Practical applicability: Through the study of theoretical basis and survey, practical assessment of maintaining the quality management system according to National Standard TCVN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 at the laboratories of the Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality/Ministry of National Defense, the thesis recommends that the unit should apply the proposed solutions to sustainably maintain the quality management system according to National Standard TCVN ISO/IEC 17025:2017, and improve work efficiency.
13. Further research directions: The thesis has not had the opportunity to deeply study and evaluate in detail and fully the existing equipment and sample standards of the laboratories at the unit compared to the requirements for expanding the capacity of the laboratories at the Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality and compared to the quality management system currently maintained in the TC-TĐL-CL sector. Therefore, further, more in-depth research on this issue is needed.

The thesis has built a theoretical basis for maintaining the Quality Management System according to the National Standard TCVN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 at the laboratories of the Bureau of Standards-Metrology-Quality.
In addition, the thesis has assessed the current status of maintaining the Quality Management System according to National Standard TCVN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 at 06 laboratories of the Bureau of Standards-Measurement-Quality; and pointed out some limitations leading to the unsustainable effectiveness of maintaining the quality management system.
Finally, the author has also proposed solutions to help the Bureau of Standards-Measurement-Quality sustainably maintain the Quality Management System according to National Standard TCVN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 to ensure operational efficiency of laboratories, such as: Improving organizational and management efficiency; supplementing the quality of human resources; strengthening and diversifying financial sources; investing in modern equipment for laboratories; promoting the application of information technology.

These are solutions suitable to the actual conditions and existing resources of the unit, so they can be applied immediately to improve the efficiency of the management of Standards-Measurement-Quality activities at the Bureau of Standards-Measurement-Quality/Ministry of National Defense.
13. Further research directions:
The thesis has not studied, evaluated in detail and fully the existing equipment and standards of the laboratories compared with the requirements to expand the capacity of the laboratories at the Bureau of Standards-Metrology-Quality; and compared with the currently maintained quality management system in the Standards-Measurement-Quality field. Therefore, further study on this issue is needed.
