The Master's thesis on "Managing communication messages about the Covid-19 pandemic in Vietnamese press offices today" is a research project that comprehensively assessed the current status of managing communication messages about the Covid-19 pandemic in press offices. Through the research process, the content of the thesis has helped to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of the communication message management system about the Covid-19 pandemic in the Health and Life newspaper, VnExpress, and Tuoi Tre; from there, it has proposed solutions and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of communication message management in the coming time.
The research results help to clearly understand the challenges and opportunities in improving the effectiveness of managing communication messages about the Covid-19 pandemic of Vietnamese press offices today.
The content of the thesis has pointed out the strengths, weaknesses, successes and limitations, shortcomings, and specific causes in the management of communication messages about the Covid-19 pandemic of Vietnamese press offices today. The thesis highlights current challenges and limitations, such as lack of consensus among management entities, inconsistency in information management, and uneven management effectiveness.
