- Analyze the theoretical basis and practice of policy communication on bad debt handling of the State Bank of Vietnam at present, thereby proposing a theoretical framework for policy communication on bad debt handling.
- Research and evaluate the current status of policy communication on bad debt handling of the State Bank of Vietnam (Survey of the case of electronic newspapers Banking Times and Industry and Trade Newspaper), thereby summarizing the existing problems of this activity in Vietnam.
- Propose some recommendations and solutions to improve the effectiveness of communication activities on bad debt handling policies of the State Bank of Vietnam in accordance with the specific conditions of press agencies in Vietnam.
