Based on the study of a number of theoretical and practical issues of the People's Public Security newspaper and magazine, the thesis analyzed and evaluated the results of propaganda work, protecting the Party's ideological foundation in the People's Public Security press, the effects brought to the Public Security force in particular and the public in general; at the same time, it recognized and pointed out the shortcomings and limitations. Through the researched contents, the thesis proposed a number of solutions and key tasks to continuously improve the effectiveness of propaganda work, protecting the Party's ideological foundation in the current period.

The thesis is a reference document for the People's Public Security press agencies in particular and the press and media in general in organizing orientations and solutions to innovate the content and form of printed newspapers to improve the quality of work to protect the Party's ideological foundation in the current period.
