10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis studies the issue of building a financial autonomy model of the Party newspaper agency in the Mekong Delta (Survey of Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho Newspapers). Through surveying, analyzing and evaluating the issue of financial autonomy of Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho Newspapers in the period of 2018-2020 and surveying the opinions of cadres and employees working in financial management at the Party newspaper agencies: Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho, the thesis draws conclusions such as information on building a financial autonomy model of the Party newspaper agency in the Mekong Delta of Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho Newspapers.
Through the forms of survey and analysis of actual data, the thesis presents the successes in building the financial autonomy model of the Party newspaper agency of the Mekong Delta. At the same time, the thesis has pointed out the limitations in building the financial autonomy model of the Party newspaper agency of the Mekong Delta of Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho Newspapers such as: Regarding the policy mechanism, ability, management capacity of the governing body, human resources at the newspapers...
On the basis of clarifying the theoretical and practical issues of financial autonomy of local Party press agencies in Ca Mau, Soc Trang, Can Tho and by means of in-depth interviews with leaders of press agencies, the thesis has made an overall assessment of the issue of building a financial autonomy model of local Party press agencies in Ca Mau, Soc Trang, Can Tho; proposed a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of financial autonomy of local Party press agencies in Ca Mau, Soc Trang, Can Tho in particular and Party press agencies in the Mekong Delta region in general in the coming time.
11. Practical applicability: Analyzing and evaluating the current status of financial autonomy of Party press agencies: Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho in the period of 2018 - 2020 will help managers grasp the shortcomings and limitations in financial autonomy of their agencies. From there, propose solutions to overcome these limitations and improve the effectiveness of financial autonomy of Party press agencies: Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho in the coming time.

The thesis researches the issue of building financial autonomy model of Party newspaper agencies in Mekong Delta (survey newspaper Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho).
