On behalf of the Congress Presidium, comrade Truong Thi Khanh Ha - Secretary of the Party Cell for the 2017 - 2020 term presented the Political Report summarizing the 2017 - 2020 term, the direction and tasks for the 2020 - 2022 term. The report clearly stated that in the past term, the Party Cell of the Faculty of Psychology has always been united, steadfast in political will and determination, overcome difficulties, focused on improving the quality of cadres and party members, especially the teaching and scientific research staff, creating motivation for cadres and party members to complete their tasks well. The Party Cell has 90% of teaching staff with a PhD degree or higher. Party members and lecturers have actively promoted international publications, innovated teaching methods, and promoted discipline and school discipline. In addition, the Party Cell has done a good job in compiling textbooks and lectures. Cadres and Party members proactively and actively study, research, strengthen the struggle to protect the Party's foundation and ideology, and voluntarily study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology and morality.
During the 2017-2020 term, the Party Cell received the direction of the School Party Committee and the high consensus of Party members in the entire cell, maintaining stability, peace of mind at work, and striving to successfully complete the political tasks of the School.
At the Congress, the Party Cell also presented a summary of comments from Party members and the public on the draft Political Report of the Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Party members contributed comments on the issues of the Party Cell in leading and directing the implementation of professional tasks and building a united, clean and strong Party Cell.
Speaking at the Congress, comrade Pham Quang Minh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Principal of the School acknowledged and highly appreciated the solidarity spirit and impressive results of the Party Cell. In particular, the young staff of the Faculty have good awareness, constantly learning and improving their expertise. In the coming time, the Faculty Party Cell needs to promote the solidarity and unanimity of Party members and staff to continue to reap new achievements contributing to the activities of the School.
The Congress elected the Party Cell Executive Committee for the 2020-2022 term, including 03 comrades: Comrade Truong Thi Khanh Ha - Party Cell Secretary; Comrade Nguyen Van Luot - Deputy Party Cell Secretary; Comrade Trinh Thi Linh - Party Cell Executive Committee member.
