VISIT AND GIVE GIFTS TO WOUNDED AND SICK SOLDIERS AT THUAN THANH WOUNDED NURSING CENTER, BAC NINH ON THE OCCASION OF THE 75TH ANNIVERSARY OF WOUNDED AND MARTYRS' DAY, JULY 27

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2022), on the morning of July 25, a delegation of officials from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh - Vice Rector of the University visited and presented gifts to wounded and sick soldiers being cared for at Thuan Thanh War Invalids Nursing Center (Ninh Xa Commune, Thuan Thanh District, Bac Ninh Province). Accompanying them were comrade Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh - Chairwoman of the University Trade Union and comrades in the Executive Committee of the University Trade Union.
Thuan Thanh War Invalids Nursing Center is currently managing and caring for 97 seriously wounded and sick soldiers from provinces and cities from Thua Thien Hue onwards. Most of the wounded and sick soldiers have spinal injuries and must travel by car, including 01 wounded soldier from the resistance war against France; 61 wounded soldiers from the resistance war against America.
Associate Professor, Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh and the delegation members kindly inquired about the health and treatment of the wounded and sick soldiers at the Center and expressed their admiration for the determination of the wounded and sick soldiers who have strived to rise up and follow Uncle Ho's teaching "Wounded soldiers are disabled but not useless". Associate Professor, Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh sent his best wishes to the wounded and sick soldiers and expressed his deep gratitude to the wounded and sick soldiers who fought and sacrificed heroically for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

Associate Professor, Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh expressed his gratitude for the sacrifices and losses of wounded and sick soldiers.
Vice Principal Lai Quoc Khanh believes that the wounded and sick soldiers will continue to promote the will and steadfastness of Uncle Ho's soldiers; always be optimistic, love life, live happily and healthily; be the pride of the nation and a shining example for the younger generation to follow. On this occasion, the School also presented 20 million in cash and many meaningful gifts to the Center and the wounded and sick soldiers being treated at the Center. The small gifts are a show of gratitude from the School's staff and benefactors to the wounded and sick soldiers. Visiting, showing gratitude and giving gifts to wounded and sick soldiers is an annual activity of the School's Trade Union, demonstrating the spirit of "When drinking water, remember its source" towards wounded and sick soldiers and the School's responsibility to society.
