The school has arranged medical safety checkpoints on campus, including disinfecting the voting area at the lobby on the first floor, preparing body temperature measuring machines, disinfectants, and masks.
The school has made a list of members of the Election Committee; directed units to register the voter list at the school. The units have actively coordinated and so far the number of voters at the school is 752 people. The school has sent it to the Ward People's Committee to be stamped and posted within 30 days before the election.
The list and information of candidates for deputies have been fully announced to help voters grasp and choose candidates correctly, and at the same time, information and propaganda work to units in the School has been deployed.
At the ballot box area, the School has prepared plans to distance voters according to regulations on Covid-19 prevention.
Associate Professor, Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh ((Vice Principal of the School, Head of the Election Steering Committee) affirmed that the School has mobilized all resources to ensure epidemic prevention as well as prevent manifestations of sabotage and hostility on Election Day; at the same time, he expressed his gratitude for the close supervision and direction from the Election Committee of Thanh Xuan Trung Ward, Thanh Xuan District and Hanoi City.
Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu (Head of Student Affairs and Student Affairs Department, Deputy Head of the Election Steering Committee) also shared that the School has prepared contingency plans on Election Day for election team personnel, security and order, and Covid-19 prevention and control.
