Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Rector of University of Social Sciences and Humanities
Speaking at the event, Principal of the High School for the Gifted in Social Sciences and Humanities - Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu happily welcomed the students back to school. Returning to teaching and learning at this time is completely reasonable when the epidemic situation has been somewhat controlled and the school has also made efforts to ensure epidemic prevention safety for students. "I am very moved because since the end of April 2021, it has been a long time since this schoolyard has been empty of all students. Every day, teachers still go to work but this lecture hall, this classroom lacks the presence of students. Today, I feel very happy to see those lovely and familiar faces and eyes again", Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu shared.

Also attending the event, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities shared that returning to school is a great joy for everyone. However, while the Covid-19 pandemic is still raging, in parallel with studying, each student also needs to pay attention to implementing the 5K regulations, wearing masks throughout the learning process, using their own drinking cups and disinfecting all classrooms. For the first time meeting and talking with the students of the 2nd course, he gave very enthusiastic instructions when understanding the difficulties of online learning and expressed many hopes and trust to nearly 300 students of the High School for Gifted Students of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Representing the new generation of students, student Tang Tuan Vu shared: “Because it is the first day of school, I am still a bit shy. But I think my friends will become closer and happier.” On the first day of school, from hastily prepared performances to performances that still contain a lot of shyness, but from now on, with the expectations and care of teachers, the students of the second and first courses of the High School for the Gifted in Social Sciences and Humanities will certainly become more mature, confident and achieve many good achievements in the future.
