2. Admission objects
- For the second training program in the fields of Journalism, Management Science, Tourism and Travel Services Management, Office Management, International Studies and Psychology: Full-time students of standard training programs, training programs according to Circular 23 of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Foreign Languages, University of Education, Faculty of Law - VNU.
- For the second training program in History: Full-time students of the standard training program in History Pedagogy (University of Education - VNU).
- For the second training program in Literature: Full-time students of the standard training program in Literature Pedagogy (University of Education - VNU).
3. Conditions for admission registration
- Students have been placed in the second year of the first training program.
-At the time of registration, students must meet one of the following two conditions:
a) Academic performance calculated based on cumulative average score is ranked as good or higher and meets the quality assurance threshold of the second program in the year of enrollment;
b) Academic performance is calculated based on the average cumulative grade point average and meets the admission requirements of the second program in the year of admission.
4. Admission method
Admission is based on the average semester score calculated from the beginning of the course to the end of semester II, school year 2021 - 2022 and the average cumulative score of all subjects calculated from high to low until the quota is filled.

6. Application for admission, application documents, tuition fees:
6.1. Registration for admission:
- Students register for admission online by filling out the information form at the address:

6.2. Application documents: (submit additional documents upon admission)
- Application form, student information form (sent via email when student is admitted).
- 2 3x4 photos (clearly write information on the back: full name, date of birth, student code).
7. Tuition
- Tuition is calculated per credit unit, paid each semester corresponding to the number of credits registered for that semester.
- Tuition fee (expected): 470,000 VND/credit.
8. Training organization
Students studying at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Based on the general timetable for all students of the University's majors and the separate timetable for classes according to the second training program, students register for classes that suit their time and study plan.
9. Graduation requirements
Upon completion of the second major training program, students will receive a regular university degree issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Students will only be recognized as graduates if they meet the following conditions:
- Recognized as graduating from the first major;
- Up to the time of graduation, the student is not under criminal prosecution;
- Accumulate enough credits as prescribed in the second training program;
- Cumulative GPA of the entire course is 2.0 or higher;
- Still within the maximum time to complete the course of the first major;
- Paid full tuition for the course.
Note: Maximum time to complete the second training program: is the maximum time to complete the first training program.
