University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi held a ceremony to award degrees to 32 new PhDs and 168 new Masters in 2023

Attending the ceremony were Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong (Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) and teachers in the Board of Directors of the Faculties and Departments under the University. Especially, there were nearly 32 new PhDs, 168 Masters and many relatives and friends of the PhDs to encourage and cheer.

The success of the new PhDs and new Masters is the training achievement and pride of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the school and the Board of Directors of all Faculties and Departments, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Principal) warmly congratulated all the new PhDs and Masters who have completed the difficult and challenging journey to achieve today's success. Especially in the past two years, the Covid epidemic has severely affected all aspects of social life, including education. In addition, the changes in training regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and Hanoi National University have also made PhDs and students worried and anxious. However, with the support of the school, the instructors, the encouragement of family and relatives, especially the outstanding efforts of the PhDs themselves, the PhDs have completed their extremely difficult journey of study and research. Principal Hoang Anh Tuan also expressed his deep gratitude for the sharing, support and facilitation of the families and agencies where the PhDs and students are working.
We hope that with the knowledge and methods acquired during their time studying at the school, the new Doctors and New Masters will maximize and reap many successes in their work, contributing to affirming and spreading the prestige and reputation of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi in postgraduate training acquired during their time studying at the school.

Principal Hoang Anh Tuan once again emphasized: In the coming time, the School will continue to strongly transform digitally in university management and administration, creating maximum conditions for learners; firmly pursuing the goal of improving training quality. And the School, faculties and departments always warmly welcome new Masters and new Doctors to continue to accompany them in the next training and scientific research activities.

Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Thanh Nam, Head of Training Department, announced the Decision to recognize degrees and grant degrees to new PhDs and new Masters.

Dr. Dinh Tien Hieu, Deputy Head of the Department of Politics and Student Affairs, announced the Decisions of commendation from the President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for the new PhDs and new Masters with excellent academic and research achievements.

Representing the PhDs attending the graduation ceremony, the new PhD Pham Huong Trang, representing the new PhDs and Masters, expressed her deep gratitude to the School's Board of Directors, faculties, departments, and instructors who have always accompanied, encouraged, and motivated the PhD students throughout their studies and scientific research at the School. The new PhDs were moved to share: We come from many localities across the country, some of us traveled thousands of kilometers to study in Hanoi, some of us came from other countries. But during the difficult and challenging journey, we were taught by our teachers extensive knowledge, love for science, and especially seriousness, responsibility, and dedication to work and students. This is truly a huge turning point in our study and work careers. The experiences and growth after studying at Hanoi University of Humanities will be the luggage to help us continue to contribute and achieve new successes on the upcoming path, contributing to the development of society in many fields. We also do not forget to send our sincere thanks to the agency, friends, colleagues, and loved ones in the family who have always cheered, encouraged and created conditions for us to complete our studies.
