Appreciating the role of teachers working as training assistants and student assistants at faculties/institutes/departments, MSc. Pham Van Hue - Deputy Head of Training Department emphasized that teachers play an extremely important role in supporting the school to achieve its training and education goals. Teachers are the bridge between the school and lecturers and students, contributing to creating an effective working and learning environment for teachers and learners.
At the Conference, MSc. Pham Van Hue - Deputy Head of Training Department shared the latest information on enrollment and training activities to support the provision of the latest knowledge and skills, helping training assistants and student affairs assistants at faculties/institutes/departments to successfully complete their assigned tasks. Accordingly, in addition to regular university enrollment activities, the school is implementing enrollment for the VNU 12+ program, enrollment for the second major. Training assistants at faculties/institutes/departments will coordinate with the Training Department to develop study schedules for students, build timetables, invite lecturers, especially teaching subjects for technical economic standards classes, coordinate teaching for units in VNU, especially Political Theory subjects, etc.
The conference also exchanged a lot of information directly related to training activities at faculties/institutes/departments, such as online teaching and learning, special notes for students with slow progress, instructions for registering for graduation thesis and equivalent courses, conditions and procedures for pre-master's registration, assessment and semester exams, recognition of learning results and credit transfer, discipline for students who violate exam regulations, tuition fees, special policies for basic science majors, etc. In particular, the training department conducts online answers to training activities for students twice a month, which has received positive responses from students.

In addition, the representative of the Training Department emphasized that they will create the best conditions for lecturers in teaching activities as well as pay teaching fees.

Policies on scholarships, policies, assessment of training scores, health insurance guidance, rewards - discipline, student records management, management of students under the Agreement, rewards - discipline, answering questions, support, consulting and student care... have been implemented synchronously throughout the school. In particular, in addition to the school's scholarship fund drawn from 8% of tuition fees, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has received many scholarship sources sponsored by individuals, organizations and businesses (Aeon, SHB, Danko, KT, Lotte, KBSV, Vingroup, Kova, KFHI, Shinnyo, IMG, Yamada, Anex, Ponychung, Dinh Thien Ly, Mitsubishi, Posco...) to encourage students to study and practice well at VNU-USSH. The school also implements many policies such as tuition exemption, 50 - 70% tuition reduction, support for students in medical examination and treatment, support for students in equipping soft skills, finding job opportunities...

The conference is also a forum for faculty leaders, teachers in charge of training assistants and student affairs assistants at faculties/institutes/departments to exchange and share experiences on effective working methods, improve work quality and contribute to the best care for teachers and learners.
