After nearly 25 years of construction and development, the Department of Archival Science and Office Administration has become a familiar place for many generations of lecturers and students and a trusted place for agencies and organizations to entrust their professional expertise.

A place to train a team of lecturers who love their profession and industry
The first generation of lecturers of the Faculty contributed to laying the foundation for the development of the field of Archival Studies and Office Administration. These are new fields of study in the field of social sciences and humanities, organized to train from bachelor, master to doctoral levels. Over the years, the Faculty has built a team of lecturers with professional responsibility and dedication, typically Associate Professor Nguyen Van Ham, Associate Professor Vuong Dinh Quyen, Professor, Doctor of Science Nguyen Van Tham, Associate Professor, Doctor Dao Xuan Chuc, Associate Professor, Doctor Vu Thi Phung... This pioneering team has created the "soul" and "brand" for the Faculty.

Every new teacher entering the profession is taught and trained by previous generations of teachers about the kindness of a teacher. That is the sense of responsibility for the profession, tolerance for students and courage in the face of life's temptations. Those virtues will foster love for the teaching profession - a profession that is respected and honored by society.

Along with the efforts of each individual, the dedication of previous generations of lecturers has passed on to the next generation the passion for professional research. Since then, scientific products have been continuously born to enrich the theory and practice of Archival Science - Office Management.

Studying at the School of Social Sciences and Humanities, students are comprehensively trained in basic knowledge, specialized knowledge as well as soft skills required by the profession.

Students of the Faculty of Archival Science and Office Management are not only imparted with professional knowledge but also with passion for the profession they are trained in. Thanks to that, the number of students choosing a career in accordance with their major and sticking with the profession for a long time is increasing.

Many students of the Faculty have had creative ideas in their careers and successfully started their own businesses. From there, we continue to contribute to the Faculty in building a strong human resource in Archival Science and Office Management to serve various fields of social activities.

The Faculty of Archival Science and Office Management is also a trusted address for agencies and organizations in professional training activities in documents, archives, administration and office work. Training courses taught by lecturers of the Faculty have helped administrative and office workers in agencies, organizations and enterprises improve their professional knowledge and understand the value of the profession. In addition, each lecturer of the Faculty is also a consultant for many agencies and organizations to organize scientific and effective administrative and office work. Thanks to that, the sense of professional responsibility in documents, archives, administration and office work has spread to many agencies, organizations and enterprises, contributing to the professionalization of the country's administration.
