"Where dreams are kept"

“When your hair turns white, my hair is still green… When your hair turns white, ours is dryn grown up…” The song is a very clear proof for us to know that: here, this ancient school has had generations of students who graduated and became successful, many generations have been nurtured at the school of humanities – a lovely, memorable name, worth for each of us students to engrave in our hearts.

For me, it is a very impressive school with a long history and that is the reason why I chose it to study and pursue my dreams.

I still remember the feeling of bewilderment, strangeness and a little lost when I first set foot in the school. A famous and largest school in the country in the field of social sciences, every time I mentioned it to my friends, I could not help but feel proud and happy.

Humanity – that is the enthusiasm of the teachers every time they stand on the podium and that is the dynamism and resourcefulness of the brothers and sisters in the shock team wearing the green shirt of youth. Only when studying at this school did I understand more about that "humanity" quality. After many years of studying away from home, for the first time in my life I encountered the image of the Vice Principal – a man with a thousand and one things to do, personally coming to the student dormitory to give gifts and wish them a happy new year. That is why students far from home like us are somewhat comforted and warmed when going to school for the first time and experiencing life away from family.

No matter where, in any big city, there is always hustle and bustle. But when entering the school, I feel that the fatigue and worries of life in the outside world seem to have been washed away by the friendly and warm atmosphere here. Remembering the days when I was a freshman at the school, I was quite bewildered, but when I took the first political class of the year and learned about the school's historical traditions, I felt proud to be a student of the school of humanities.

When going to the lecture hall, in addition to the knowledge in class, teachers also teach us how to cope with student life, how to communicate, how to behave when encountering unexpected situations... Teachers not only teach us knowledge but also teach us how to be a human being, a person who is useful to society. Teachers are noble ferrymen, with all their heart and talent, teachers have guided and supported us to the level of human knowledge. I like to listen, read, and learn new things from books, friends, and teachers. I love the feeling of tension and the exciting atmosphere in the presentations in class. And I appreciate the field trip which is quite strange but the results achieved are more than the scores when we have taken a big step forward with the reality of the profession.

Poet To Huu wrote: “If you are a bird or a leaf, you must sing, the leaf must be green – how can you borrow without paying back – life is about giving, not just receiving”. That is so true! Nhan Van has given me wings, equipped me to become such a person. I love Nhan Van – the place where my dreams for the future originate. Perhaps no other school has left such an impression on me, Nhan Van with such gentle, enthusiastic and lovable people!

With its rich history and tradition, the dedication and depth of the ferrymen here, I and the students studying at this school believe that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will always be the cradle that trains both virtuous and professional people for the country, continuing to affirm its position on the national education map and constantly reaching new heights.

Humanities – my pride! I love Humanities
