I. STANDARD TRAINING PROGRAM

1. Type of training: University system: Work-study (old part-time system), bachelor's degree.2. Training fields:

  • Press and Media
  • Tourism and travel services management
  • Management Science (majoring in Social Management and Management Science)
  • Political Science (majoring in Ho Chi Minh Thought and Political Science);
  • Sociology
  • Social work
  • Philosophy (major in Religious Studies)
  • Archival Science and Office Administration
  • International Studies (International Relations)
  • Library information
  • Psychology
  • History
  • Literature
  • Language
  • Vietnam studies

3. Training time: 4 to 5 years, about 130 to 135 credits (can be studied in semesters on weekday evenings and Saturdays and Sundays, can also be studied in batches).4. Object: Officials, civil servants and other members who are fully qualified to take the university entrance exam according to the training regulations of Hanoi National University and the university entrance exam regulations for part-time study of the Ministry of Education and Training. Candidates must have one of the following diplomas: High school, Cultural supplementary high school, Professional high school, Vocational high school, College and must pass the entrance exam including 03 subjects of group C (Literature, History, Geography) according to the high school program.5. Conditions for organizing classes: - The facility for placing classes must be universities, colleges, vocational secondary schools or provincial Continuing Education Centers that ensure the requirements for facilities, equipment and management staff for the training majors. (Article 2, Clause 2, Point a, Regulations on Admissions to the VLVH System) - The school only organizes admissions with the condition that the number of application files for each major reaches a minimum of 80 (Northern provinces), a minimum of 120 (Southern provinces). Majors that do not have enough application files as prescribed will not organize the entrance exam. Candidates who apply to majors that do not meet the entrance exam requirements will receive their application files and exam fees back after the application deadline.6. Document procedures: The application form is issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Candidates can purchase and submit the application form directly at: Training Department, University of Social Sciences and Humanities; 336 Nguyen Trai - Thanh Xuan - Hanoi or at the local training facility.

  • Application fee: 50,000 VND/candidate (submitted with application);
  • Exam fee: from 300,000 to 1,000,000 VND/candidate (submitted with application, depending on the conditions of each industry and each locality)

7. Time of enrollment organization: (2 times/year) in April and October every year.8. Training costs: - Tuition for students: 550,000 VND to 630,000 VND/1 month/1 student, from 171,000 VND to 196,000 VND/01 credit (excluding admission fees, re-examination fees, dividing into small classes to study foreign languages ​​and information technology, internships, practice, graduation). Tuition fees may change according to State regulations and depending on each specific locality. - Use of tuition fees: Party B (partner) is allowed to use 23 - 25% (according to agreement) of the total tuition fee to carry out administrative tasks of classroom management, collect tuition fees, student fees, accommodation for staff to work and teach, facilities for teaching and examinations (classrooms, sound and light, tables and chairs...) (Note: 3 months before enrollment, local training institutions wishing to open classes must send a request to open a class with expected enrollment targets and training majors to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi)

II. TYPE OF TRAINING FROM COLLEGE TO UNIVERSITY

1. Type of training: VLVH LIEN THONG university system (old specialized system), bachelor's degree.2. Training fields:

  • Press and Media
  • Tourism and travel services management
  • Social work
  • Archival Science and Office Administration
  • Library information
  • Literature

3. Training time: from 1.5 to 2 years, about 65 credits (can study by semester on weekday evenings and Saturdays and Sundays, can also study in batches).4. Object: Those who have a college degree with a good grade or higher, and a college major that is suitable for the major they are applying for will be able to take the exam immediately after graduation; in the correct major. The remaining cases must have at least 01 year of working experience in the specialized field. And must go through an entrance exam consisting of 02 subjects: the basic subject of the major and the specialized subject.5. Conditions for organizing classes: as VLVH type6.
