  • No degree required.
  • Love sales work.
Interest:
  • Receive fixed salary of 1,500,000 VND/month.
  • Receive a standard salary of 2,000,000 VND/month.
  • Enjoy 20% of sales.

  • Trained in sales.
How to determine salary, quota, and commission percentage:
  • Collaborators are assigned a fixed volume of sales of 15 million VND/month.
  • If this quota is completed, the collaborator will receive a fixed salary of 1,500,000 VND/month, and a standard salary of 2,000,000 VND/month.
  • If this quota is not met, the collaborator will only receive a commission fee, equivalent to 20% of actual sales.
  • If the collaborator exceeds the quota, the bonus salary is calculated as follows: 1,500,000 VND + 2,000,000 VND + 20% of the excess sales quota.
Working mode:
  • Collaborators are signed Collaborator contracts with CMP.
  • Collaborators can work on their own time.
  • Participate in training courses organized by CMP (no tuition fee required).
