Scientific workshop with the theme: "Urgent issues on policy and management in the context of digital transformation"

Digital transformation is no longer a trend but a task that must be performed by organizations in particular and the country in general. Vietnam is strongly promoting the digital transformation process from the public sector to the private sector. Digital transformation raises urgent policy and management issues such as: digital society; social management, digital social development management; digital government; media management in the context of digital transformation; training and human resource training policies, human development in the context of digital transformation, etc.

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi respectfully invites you to write a report for the Scientific Conference with the topic: "Urgent issues on policy and management in the context of digital transformation".

1. Reporting orientation

Authors can choose article topics from one of the following directions:

1) Contemporary issues of management in the context of digital transformation;

2) Development models of digital transformation experience;

3) Policy scenarios adapting to digital transformation;

4) Human resource management and development towards digital transformation;

5) Human resources for Vietnam's digital transformation.

2. Submission rules

- The article has not been submitted or published in other journals or magazines (articles in English are encouraged)

- Full-text articles will be reviewed and selected by the Organizing Committee to be presented at the Conference and printed in the Conference proceedings. Articles published in the proceedings will be selected by the Organizing Committee and published in the Policy and Management Research Journal of the Science Journal of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi (ISSN 2615-9295, e-ISSN 2588-1116; Website:https://js.vnu.edu.vn/PaM/) or will be edited, translated into English and published at Hanoi National University Publishing House.

- The full article is typed on A4 paper; length is about 4,500 - 6,000 words.

- Font Times New Roman; Font size 13; Line spacing 1.5; Top margin 2 cm; Bottom margin 2 cm; Left margin 3 cm; Right margin 2 cm. Title in bold, uppercase, font size 14.

3. Timelines to note

a. Register article title and submit abstract

- The Vietnamese and English abstract (Abstract) is typed with about 200-300 words, with about 05 keywords. Information about the author of the article clearly states: Email (main author), academic title, degree, work unit.

Deadline for submitting Abstracts to the Organizing Committee: before 17:00 on May 20, 2022.

b. Submit full text of article to Organizing Committee

- Deadline for submitting full-text articles to the Organizing Committee: before 5:00 p.m. on August 20, 2022.
