* Students must bring their student card or identification when taking the exam.

* Students who cannot take the exam must submit an application for exam postponement with proof. Download the application formhere

* Students taking the supplementary exam fill out the form and send it to the Training Department (Department of Training - 607 - Building E) to download the formhere.

Currently, the Training Department has updated the number of students registering for the supplementary exam. Students taking the supplementary exam will be placed in exam room number 7 (PhD 502 - Building G).
