Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2015/ND-CP dated October 2, 2015 of the Prime Minister stipulating the mechanism for collecting and managing tuition fees for educational institutions in the national education system and policies on tuition exemption, reduction, and support for learning costs from the 2015-2016 school year to the 2020-2021 school year;
Pursuant to Circular 23/2014/TT-BGDDT dated July 18, 2014 of the Minister of Education and Training on high-quality university-level training;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2883/QD-XHNV dated July 23, 2019 of the President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on promulgating tuition fees/credit and tuition fee coefficients for full-time undergraduate training programs in the 2019-2020 academic year,
University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the plan to collect regular tuition fees for the second semester of the 2019-2020 school year as follows:
1. Tuition collection deadline:
From 5/25/2020 to 6/12/2020.
2. Collection schedule and location
-For studentsQH-2015-X, QH-2016-X, QH-2017-X, QH-2018-X, QH-2019-X:Deposit money through BIDV personal account(Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam)
-For studentsremaining keyand studentsstudy 02 majors(Studying at University of Social Sciences and Humanities):Pay tuition directly to the Planning and Finance Department (Room 410, Building E) within the above deadline.
- The school will announce the list of students along with tuition fees, personal account numbers, student identification numbers on the school's website. Students should check their personal information, if there are any errors, please directly notify the Planning and Finance Department for timely adjustment.
- Within the above time limit, students deposit into their personal accounts the tuition fees as notified by the School and the account maintenance fee and other fees (100,000 VND). The School requests that the bank automatically transfer the amount from the student's personal account to the School's tuition account within the above time limit.
- For studentsQH-2015-X, QH-2016-X, QH-2017-X, QH-2018-X, QH-2019-XIf you do not have a personal account: Please proactively go to the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam to open an account and notify the account number and pay the tuition fee directly to the Planning and Finance Department (Room 410, Building E) within the above deadline.
* Payment of tuition fees is the responsibility of every student. Only students who have completed payment of tuition fees will be included in the examination and test list.
Heads of units are requested to notify, urge and remind their students to comply with training regulations and complete tuition payment on time.
