Pursuant to the Official Dispatch of the 1992 Constitution Amendment Committee and the Official Dispatch of the Director of Hanoi National University on organizing the collection of public opinions on the draft amendment of the 1992 Constitution, the University requests that Heads of units continue to organize comments on the Draft by units or social organizations (Trade Unions, Youth Unions, Student Associations) or individuals.Comments on the draft include a general assessment of the Draft Constitution; comments on each content in the Draft (by chapter), clearly stating the contents agreed or disagreed with, the reasons for agreement or disagreement; the contents that need to be amended, instructions for amendment and reasons for amendment, and the contents that need to be added or removed from the Draft Constitution Amendment.
